PPOA has completed revising and restating our CC&Rs and Bylaws to improve clarity and streamline these documents. The changes were brought up for voting at the Annual Meeting on February 25, 2012. In order to provide a complete representation of the work and for the benefit of those who might be considering purchasing in Pineridge Pointe, the documents are available here.

2. DECLARATION OF COVENANTS 2012 Revision: The final version of the revised CC&R documents with all changes in place that was recorded by Oconee County on November 28, 2012 (in PDF format).

3. PPOA BYLAWS FINAL V2 The final version of the Bylaws document with all changes in place (in PDF format).

NOTE: Our Articles of Incorporation (referenced in our CC&Rs) were included with the final documents and filed with the County as well, but they were submitted as they were originally, with no changes.
